These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hypergrowthsi.com and your purchase of the AI Marketing Assessment from Hypergrowth SI ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
The AI Marketing Assessment is a one-time, asynchronous service. After you buy, you complete an intake form about your business. We review your marketing channels, tools, and workflows and email you a written report with prioritized recommendations. The report is delivered within 3 days of submitting your intake form. The service does not include calls, meetings, or implementation work.
The assessment costs $497 USD, paid once at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
You can request a full refund before we begin work on your report by emailing support@hypergrowthsi.com. Once your report has been delivered, purchases are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your report, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
You agree to give accurate, complete information in your intake form. The quality of the assessment depends on the information you provide. Delivery timing begins once we receive your completed intake form.
The report contains recommendations based on the information you provide and our professional judgment. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, such as revenue, traffic, leads, or cost savings. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the recommendations, including selecting and using any third-party tools. The report is not legal, financial, or tax advice.
After you pay in full, you may use your report for your own internal business purposes. We keep all rights to our methods, frameworks, templates, and website content. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the report without our written permission. You keep ownership of the information you submit to us.
Our site and services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Netlify, and beehiiv. We are not responsible for their services, and they may have their own terms and policies.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase.
